I am based in Valley Drive in Brighton East Sussex. My therapy room is tailored to the needs of all clients and is fully wheelchair accessible. There is plenty of free on street parking nearby.

I have experience in supporting adults with a broad range of issues; including bereavement, depression and anxiety. Please contact me to discuss your individual needs.

Play Therapy For Children
Play helps children to understand the world and their place in it. During Play they are free to act out their inner feelings and deepest emotions. It can also help children to learn new coping mechanisms and process trauma.

Buddy was born on 2nd December 2020 and lives with us as our family pet. Next year he will be old enough to train as a therapy dog and hopefully join my team.
